  • Use data analytics to refine media targeting, conversion funnels, and support CRO initiatives, ensuring optimal campaign performance.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or performance media within FMCG or retail industries.">
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels, including DTC, omni-channel, and pureplay platforms.">
  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplaces.">
  • Experience leading agile content creation, influencer programs, and UGC campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Creative, eCommerce, and external agencies.">
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.">
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.">
