Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Big Red Group. As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in managing paid search (SEM) and organic search (SEO) strategies across our websites.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing paid search strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue across our platforms.
- Managing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conducting keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
- Monitoring and analyzing paid search performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to the Senior Performance Manager and key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align paid search initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Implementing link building strategies and outreach initiatives to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- Supporting the monitoring and analysis of organic search performance using tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO platforms.

About YouWe are looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
- Previous experience or internship in paid search (SEM) and/or organic search (SEO) management is preferred.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow and develop in the field of search marketing.
