Senior Business Transformation Lead

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our transformation program, you will be responsible for leading and managing business change impact assessments, developing change responses, interventions, and business readiness activities.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learned.
  • Your role will involve establishing and maintaining stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business change strategies to effectively realise the benefits of large-scale ICT enabled business improvement programs.
  • Provide expert and strategic change management advice on assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies.
  • Lead and manage Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, interventions, and business readiness activities.
  • Ensure workforce management transformation design aligns to best practice methodologies, leveraging technology solutions and lessons learned.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in workforce management transformational change management and leadership, including enabling of benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, implementing, and evaluating change management strategies, tools, and artefacts in large-scale complex project environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders in an environment of change.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to provide advice, consultation, and collaboration with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
