Job Overview

A high-performing DevOps leader is required to oversee a team of engineers, setting the vision for automation, reliability, and scalability in software delivery and infrastructure operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction to the DevOps team, aligning efforts with business objectives.
  • Define and drive the adoption of DevOps practices, tools, and culture across engineering and operations teams.
  • Act as principal advisor to senior leadership on DevOps strategy, capability development, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage team performance, oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive continuous integration, delivery, and deployment strategies enhancing speed and reliability.
  • Implement robust SRE practices ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Partner with Software Development, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to align DevOps capabilities with business needs.
  • Lead technical reviews and provide expert guidance on Cloud architecture, tooling, and deployment strategies.
Requirements:

  • Experience with Cloud architecture and tooling.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
