Job Title: Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Senior HR Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that involves reporting directly to the HR Business Partnering Lead for ANZ.

About the Position:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing proactive, value-added input related to business needs.
  • Support managers in implementing robust HR management practices, policies, and processes.
  • Develop and apply governance to recruiting policy/strategy and execute recruitment activities efficiently.
  • Work closely with each business manager to successfully implement HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions on HR process-related topics.
  • Handle expatriates' immigration and settling-in-related processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS data and provide proper instructions to the Mobility teams.
  • Oversee the Performance Management Cycle (PMC) including annual and semi-annual performance reviews, merit increase processes, people reviews, and development plans.
  • Manage various employment contract types, benefits, and policies.
  • Maintain control over the costs of HR activities, training, recruitment, and relevant programs to ensure expenditures stay within budget limits.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles within an engineering or construction project environment.
  • Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and drive change within a matrix organisational structure.
