Joining a smart, supportive and collaborative team, you'll work within a diverse school environment that values professionalism, integrity and mutual respect.

The school offers a warm culture, highly engaged staff and a strong sense of purpose.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, enhancing processes and ensuring best practice in employee relations. This is a highly hands-on position requiring strong management process skills and the ability to partner confidently with senior teaching staff as well as lead one HR Advisor.

  • Two additional leave days (Cup Weekend & November 15)
  • Flexibility of start/finish times - this role is onsite full time
  • Supportive, high calibre team with a strong sense of purpose
  • Opportunity to make a measurable impact on HR processes and culture in an esteemed educational environment
