Job Opportunity for Front Office Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced front office professional to oversee the front office, manage complaints, train and develop the team, roster staff, approve timesheets, ensure high levels of guest services, create memorable experiences, identify new sales leads, manage emergency situations, build strong relationships with teammates and guests, provide assistance with events and hotel management tasks.

The ideal candidate will have approved Australian working rights, a First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain before starting), and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
