Your role is all about hospitality, service, and connection, making sure everyone feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive.Reception - Greet guests with warmth, assist with queries, and enhance the experience with your proactive service.Front-of-House Hospitality - Support events, meetings, and VIP visits, ensuring seamless coordination and a premium experience.Guest & Tenant Engagement - Be visible and approachable, fostering a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere across the campus.Service & Support - Manage mail and deliveries, assist with general inquiries, and provide hands-on support to enhance the guest experience.This active role involves time on your feet, engaging with people, and ensuring that every visitor and employee enjoys a five-star experience.
Who You Are A people person who thrives in customer-facing roles (hospitality, concierge, front desk, or events experience preferred).

What you'll bring to the role:You should have previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable.
