We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in the Northern Rivers region. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, coordinated and successful delivery of projects.
You will assist the Project Manager in administering the project management, change and control processes in compliance with project plans, contractual and legal conditions, time bars and administrative timeframes.
The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar, and solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator on large commercial / residential new builds.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving subcontractor plans for compliance with project plans and specifications, and ensuring that subcontract and supply agreements are in line with project and company contractual and legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator on large commercial / residential new builds
- Understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
- A working knowledge of major building trades
