The Project Manager will be assisted in the safe, coordinated, and successful management of services packages on one or more projects to achieve project targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to documents and plans governing project delivery

- Ensure plans align with project, business, and legislative requirements

- Review and understand project specifications and drawings, identify and address ambiguities

- Review short-range programs and their relation to the overall project program

- Assist weekly program status as required

- Collate information for extension of time claims and assist the PM in notices under the Head Contract

- Manage Trade Partners where required

- Assist in trade partner variation information and review with CA or Snr CA to determine a position

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience in Site Engineering with a strong construction background

- Exceptional project management skills with autonomy

- Proficiency in design software and tools

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Detail-oriented with an eye for design aesthetics and quality

- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
