About the Role

The IT Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in civil and structural engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

This role is focused on ensuring continuous availability and development of IT hardware and software, providing expertise, strategy, and implementation of IT for the business.

  • Guarantee the continuous availability and security of devices and data within the IT systems
  • Lead and guide the IT team to provide development and support for the business
  • Integrate newly developed processes into the business
  • Provide reports to senior management for making strategic decisions
  • Lead the ongoing development of Salesforce within the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and directing IT team members
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the IT property
  • Develop and implement IT policy and best practice
  • Create and deliver reports and reporting tools for senior management
  • Lead the adoption, development, and upkeep of Salesforce
  • Perform audits and ensure security within IT systems
