Job Title: Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations and working closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the success of our flagship location.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management and mentoring, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. They will also possess high-level customer service skills, with the ability to turn a negative into a positive, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance across food and beverage.

As a Team Lead, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. You will also be eligible for penalty rates and performance bonuses.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Supervisor in a QSR or other fast-paced settings
  • Experience in management and mentoring
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Willingness to learn and be developed as a leader
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance across food and beverage
