Job Description

Award-winning Smile Design Dentistry seeks a skilled Dental Front Office Coordinator to manage front office operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling patient exams and treatment.
  • Coordinating referral appointments with community specialists.
  • Answering phones and addressing patient questions in a professional manner.
  • Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility for each patient prior to their visit.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Dentrix or other dental practice management software experience (an asset).
  • A minimum of three years of practical experience (an asset).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional growth.
