Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to oversee our daily clinical operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
  • Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
  • Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Dental experience essential; exposure to a similar position highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
  • Proficiency with dental software systems.
