We're looking for a passionate and experienced Practice Manager to lead our high-performing team and support the continued success of our growing practice.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth, efficient workflows and a positive patient experience at every step. With the support of our Area Practice Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, champion operational excellence, and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding front-desk service, creating a warm and professional experience for every patient.

Lead and mentor staff to build a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Manage daily clinic operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Support and collaborate with dental professionals to promote continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.

Track team performance and KPIs, and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes.

Work closely with the Area Manager to implement business strategies and support practice growth.

About Moorooka Dental Care

Moorooka Dental Care became part of the My Implant Dentist Group in October 2021. Since then, it has grown into one of Brisbane's leading clinics for general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Located in the heart of a vibrant community, our practice not only serves local residents but also welcomes patients from across the region who seek premium cosmetic and implant treatments.

In 2025, Moorooka Dental Care underwent a major renovation, transforming the clinic into a modern, state-of-the-art facility featuring five beautifully designed treatment chairs—offering a contemporary and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
