Our Bupa Dental Rochedale practice is renowned for cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and general dentistry. We are a stable team preparing for increased customer volumes. Team dynamics are important in our 8-chair practice. Find out more about our practice here.

1 x Full-time Dental Assistant / Receptionist

1 x Casual Dental Assistant

The Opportunity :

We offer a versatile, exciting, and rewarding role at our Rochedale, QLD practice for a Dental Assistant or Dental Assistant / Receptionist seeking casual or full-time work :

  • Modern dental practice with 8 chairs offering a wide range of treatments
  • Friendly, fun, and dedicated team
  • Convenient location in a shopping centre with train and bus stations on site
  • Maintain excellent customer and team culture with high-quality patient care
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment
  • Provide chairside assistance to Dentists
  • Treatment coordination
  • Instrument sterilisation
  • Maintain infection control standards
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage appointments, answer calls, and update records
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team for smooth operations
  • Promote dental services and offers to patients
  • Handle payments
  • Maintain patient confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Deliver high-end patient care and build relationships in a friendly manner

You'll be :

  • Easy-going, punctual, flexible, and adaptable to the changing healthcare environment
  • Willing to learn; experience preferred but not required
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
  • A motivated self-starter in a fast-paced, dynamic role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Able to build rapport with patients in a cheerful manner
