About the Job
  • Work collaboratively with Centre Directors to drive system implementation and day-to-day centre management.
  • Deliver mentoring and guidance to promote high-quality program delivery and staff understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Establish open communication channels with staff, children, and families at each centre.
  • Ensure centres operate in accordance with company policies, legislative requirements, and the National Quality Framework.

Key Accountabilities

  • Effective management of multiple childcare services across Brisbane.
  • Regular travel to centres, including interstate trips when required.
  • Strategic budgeting and expenditure management within guidelines.
  • Mentorship of staff to achieve professional growth and performance excellence.
About You
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved by ACECQA.
  • Demonstrate proven experience as an Area Manager with a track record of managing multiple centres.
  • Exemplary leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
