Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned site coordinator to lead our global clinical operations team. As a site manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating phase I-IV trials, working closely with investigative sites and internal teams.

About the Role
  • Coordinate all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Support the implementation of new systems/processes and ensure the smooth running of projects at assigned trials sites.

This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, customer focus, and teamwork abilities. We look for collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, and an agile approach in our team members.

Requirements
  • BA or BS Degree in Science, Nursing or Life Sciences.
  • 3+ years on-site experience of clinical trial coordination.
  • Experience in monitoring early phase haematology and oncology studies.
  • Demonstrated success as a clinical research associate.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of company SOPs, local laws and regulations and assigned protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficient in using appropriate IT software applications and company systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
