Company Description Full-Time Clinical Coordinator – Family Care Orthodontist (Chatswood)Join Abano Healthcare and be part of a supportive, patient-focused team Location : Suite 301, 13 Spring Street, Chatswood, NSWFamily Care Orthodontist, part of the Abano Healthcare network, is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Chatswood.
Job Description Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow Supporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care Managing treatment schedules and patient communications Assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures Supporting the training and development of team members Building positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dentalpractice is essential Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach Additional Information What we offer : Full-time role : Monday to Friday – no late nights or weekends Competitive above-award rates Supportive and professional team environment The opportunity to play a key role in delivering excellent patient care If you have orthodontic or treatment coordination experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
