Company DescriptionFull-Time Clinical Coordinator – Family Care Orthodontist (Chatswood)Join Abano Healthcare and be part of a supportive, patient-focused teamLocation : Suite 301, 13 Spring Street, Chatswood, NSWFamily Care Orthodontist, part of the Abano Healthcare network, is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Clinical Coordinator to join our busy practice in Chatswood.Job DescriptionCoordinating daily clinical operations and patient flowSupporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality careManaging treatment schedules and patient communicationsAssisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussionsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and proceduresSupporting the training and development of team membersBuilding positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experienceQualificationsPrevious experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a Dentalpractice is essentialCertificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approachAdditional InformationWhat we offer :Full-time role : Monday to Friday – no late nights or weekendsCompetitive above-award ratesSupportive and professional team environmentThe opportunity to play a key role in delivering excellent patient careIf you have orthodontic or treatment coordination experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.Applying with Us?
