Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor
We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our esteemed legal team.
- Responsibility for the review, negotiation, and execution of all legal documentation pertinent to our operations, encompassing acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate transactions, and establishment of new entities.
- Strategic oversight of litigation, including proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Establishment of new entities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaison with external legal specialists to obtain supplementary legal advice where necessary.
- Support in reviewing and approving fundraising disclosure documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified (LLB) with a current practicing certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house experience.
- Proven expertise in corporate, funds, and property law, or the REIT sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to collaborate effectively with the legal group and those outside formal lines of authority to achieve organizational objectives.
