Job Title: Technical Learning Strategist

Location: Melbourne, Australia

About the Role
  • Drive transformative training initiatives for major tech and CRM (Salesforce) projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to boost user adoption and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for technology and CRM (Salesforce) implementations.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Develop engaging content: e-learning modules, guides, workshops, and simulations.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions across diverse user groups.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align training with project objectives.
  • Support user adoption through coaching, job shadowing, and post-project refreshers.
  • Maintain and update knowledge management content for new systems and processes.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Learning & Development or training delivery within tech or digital environments.
  • Skilled in instructional design and creating blended learning solutions.
  • Experience supporting CRM or system implementations (Salesforce ideal).
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, practical content.
  • Holds or is working towards Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122).
  • Passionate about driving change and improving user adoption through learning.
