About the Role

We are looking for kind-hearted and empathetic individuals that will provide support to our customers by ensuring they receive personalised care that is tailored to promote their well-being, empower independence and engagement in preferred activities that are aligned with their health, happiness and interests.

As a Sunshine Coast Home Care Support Specialist, you will assist customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Duties can include:

  • Domestic Assistance (Cleaning, tidying, organising)
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care / Showering
  • Cooking & Food Preparation
  • Transports to Appointments and social engagement
  • Providing Companionship

To be successful, you will have relevant qualifications, strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilience and ability to work independently, and a passion for supporting older Australians.
