Key Responsibilities

  • Orientating and educating residents and their families entering into our facility
  • Ensuring residents receive the highest quality of support in relation to services and environment outside of clinical care services
  • Providing excellent and confidential support, reporting and collation of information
  • Managing, responding and acting on resident and family issues, complaints and feedback

About You

2+ years' experience in providing concierge, case management or similar support is highly regarded

A strong understanding of Aged Care Standards and their requirements is essential

Qualifications and/or experience in business administration are desirable
