Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Coordinator to support the Seven Sales team by delivering excellent client service and contributing to the success of our regional markets across broadcast TV and digital channels.

In this role, you will work closely with the broader sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager. You will interact with key clients and stakeholders, supporting the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage advertising bookings.
  • Assist in the preparation of advertising proposals.
  • Maintain accurate client and revenue records.
  • Develop and strengthen key client and business relationships.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Requirements:
  • You are an organised, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to grow a career in media.
  • Proven customer-facing experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A positive work ethic and a strong team focus.
