Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for aSales Support Officerlocated in Canberra. As a Sales Support Officer at Trilogy, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing quotes and proposals, and liaising with internal departments to facilitate timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and tender documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide support throughout the sales cycle.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activity.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to gain Baseline or NV1 security clearance
- 2-5 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role
- Must be located in commutable distance to Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to gain Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
