Product Owner Digital Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Customer Engagement & Digital team within Retail Banking Services (RBS). As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of our Money Management experience strategy and driving its execution.
You will own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in digital banking experiences, specifically money management, will be invaluable in shaping our product vision and strategy.
As a key member of our Engagement and Loyalty Crew, you will work closely with a hybrid squad of onshore and offshore team members to deliver end-to-end product lifecycle, day-to-day delivery, and agile ceremonies. Your ability to identify, articulate, and manage dependencies, risks, and compliance across streams of work will be critical to the success of this role.
We are looking for a passionate and curious individual who is deeply committed to delivering simple, light, and modern digital experiences that help customers achieve their everyday tasks. If you have a strong knowledge of digital banking experiences, experience designing and executing digital experiences, and a proven track record of influencing work and priorities through stakeholders, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Money Management experience strategy
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, day-to-day delivery, and agile ceremonies
- Lead a hybrid squad of onshore and offshore team members
- Identify, articulate, and manage dependencies, risks, and compliance across streams of work
- Develop metrics and KPIs and manage the squad's performance
- Measure performance of initiatives and inform optimisations and future opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of digital banking experiences, specifically money management
- Experience designing and executing digital experiences
- Deeply passionate and curious about customer interactions with digital channels
- Proven experience influencing work and priorities through stakeholders
- Proven experience leading teams
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Prior experience as a product owner
