About You

You're an experienced Learning Professional with a passion for building capability and designing exceptional learning experiences. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs.
  • Hands-on experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of e-learning content developed using Articulate or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of learning management systems and instructional design tools.
  • Confidence facilitating workshops and learning programmes, both in-person and virtually.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to coach subject matter experts and leaders in effective delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and impactful learning experiences.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact.
