Learning and Development Role Overview:

This role is responsible for creating and delivering learning experiences that foster a culture of continuous growth and development within the organization.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on various topics, including legal file management systems, client databases, and Microsoft applications to ensure employees have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Create customized learning materials for induction training sessions, taking into account the unique needs and requirements of the organization.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate learning events such as conferences and continuing professional development sessions, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Administer the learning management system (LMS) to schedule training, track progress, and provide reporting insights.
  • Coordinate the design and development of eLearning modules, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and meet the organization's learning objectives.
  • Participate in training activities associated with information technology projects, applying technical expertise to support business goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, using feedback to inform improvements and optimize results.
  • Support other learning initiatives, contributing to a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience in teaching others to use software applications, including Microsoft Office and organizational-specific tools.
  • Proven ability to create engaging eLearning content and administer learning management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
