Real Estate Lawyer Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work with major retail and financial institutions as an experienced Real Estate Lawyer. You will be responsible for managing large leasing transactions from inception to completion, including negotiation and registration.

To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of post-admission experience, preferably from a top or mid-tier firm. You should be confident in corporate leasing, ideally with experience in stream leasing, handling high volumes with efficient processes. Familiarity with iManage, Microsoft Suite, and Sharedo is a plus.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing large leasing transactions independently and engaging directly with high-profile clients.
  2. Working in fast-paced, large-scale leasing environments.
  3. Providing expert advice on corporate leasing matters.
