Job Description

As a senior automation specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation testing into the development lifecycle
  • Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
  • Guide team members in their skills development in automation testing
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology with tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
  • Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (Java), Rest Assured, and Postman & playwright
  • Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD
  • Proficiency in scripting/development languages such as Java, J2 EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.
  • Experience in code coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.
  • Experience in build automation tools like Maven, Gradle, etc.
  • Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo
  • Experience in code version controlling tools like Git Hub, Bitbucket, etc.
  • Experience in project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally, etc.
