Underground Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Design team as a Senior Underground Design Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys technical challenges and working in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engineering expertise, design, estimating and design management of underground distribution and sub-transmission projects.
- Provide effective engineering design and advice in relation to the design of Underground and Overhead lines, sub-transmission and Distribution Substations to agreed standards.
- Undertake minor surveying activities in accordance with customer requirements.
- Verify designs produced by others, as well as manufacturer supplied drawings, in accordance with agreed standards.
- Develop design standards & policy in accordance with organisational, regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- Certified by Engineers Australia
- Currently holding the following Registrations: National Engineering Registration; Registered Professional Engineer of Professional Australia
- Detailed knowledge and experience in underground distribution, sub-transmission and optic fibre project design
