Lead Design Engineer - Trenchless Solutions
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Engineer to join our team of experts in Temporary Works and Trenchless projects. This is an opportunity to lead complex underground projects, including deep shafts, pipe jacking, and micro-tunnelling.
Design Leadership:
Take charge of designing trenchless installation methods, deep shaft design, and temporary works.
Collaboration:
Work closely with contractors and clients to simplify complex designs and improve construction methods.
Mentorship:
Guide junior engineers and contribute to design reviews and technical workshops.
This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid model with up to three days a week from home when not on client site.
