We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Living Capacity Assessor in Adelaide.

**About the Role**

  • This is a part-time or full-time, ongoing position offering a competitive salary package based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' abilities and challenges across various life tasks.
  • Develop personalised recommendations for home and living support models to foster active self-determination and enable individuals to participate fully in decision-making regarding their living situation.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • General AHPRA Registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional capability and home living assessment.
  • Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and funding structures preferred.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Childrens Check.

**Location:** Adelaidewe offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
