About the Role

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' functional capabilities and home living needs. Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' functional capabilities and home living needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans based on assessment findings
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative assessment strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated experience in functional capability and home living assessment
  • Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and funding structures preferred
