Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $102,000 per annum, plus superannuation. In addition to a great remuneration package, we also provide regular team building activities, social events, and ongoing training and support to help you reach your professional goals.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity in children and young adults with disabilities. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients, including assessments, goal setting, and implementing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional capacity and quality of life
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration and membership with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists (AAOT)
- Experience working with children and young adults with disabilities, preferably within a NDIS framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in occupational therapy
