  • Engage with underground crews and their leaders to foster innovation and practical implementation
  • Design and review drilling, blasting and production plans to optimize performance
  • Compile reports and provide expertise to other teams in the analysis of production performance indicators and metrics
About You
  • Degree qualified in Mining, Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or a relevant discipline)
  • Proven experience working in an underground, hard rock, metalliferous mine environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Deswik suite software skills
