Underground Production Team Leaders

This is a leadership position in our underground load and haul production team where you will play a pivotal role in achieving production targets.
As a supervisor, you will lead by example and work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
The key objective is to align duties across the production team, ensuring that targets are met while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Align duties across the production team to ensure targets are achieved.
- Review work practices to ensure best practice, removing wastage/roadblocks.
- Monitor, document, evaluate, and coach employees on performance against set targets.
- Provide clear and concise feedback and document action plans in HR systems.
- Positively influence business decisions through clear decision-making skills.
- Maximise compliance within the operational plan.
You will have a strong desire to collaborate with your team to ensure they are safely delivering their best. Exceptional communication and people skills are a must, allowing you to build relationships across the team.
Requirements:- Proven experience managing multiple conflicting priorities and strong decision-making skills.
- Skilled in collaborative relationship-building and negotiation.
- Sound computer literacy and ability to interpret shift metrics.
- Commitment to supporting and growing a culture of diversity within the team.
- Ability to inspire and develop operators, including those new to industry.
- Experience with identifying and implementing continuous improvement.
- Previous experience as a people leader and proven experience with HR performance management.
