Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to play a key role in our growth strategy.

This critical customer-facing position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to influence real outcomes. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships to meet sales, margin, and service targets.
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities to grow market share.
  • Coordinating pricing, forecasting, and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver end-to-end account solutions.
  • Using market intelligence and data to support profitable sales strategies.
  • Monitoring debtors, customer feedback, and delivery performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or customer service in a B2B setting.
  • Commercially astute with a strong understanding of pricing, margins, and negotiation.
  • Highly effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive team-first mindset with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and collaborate with internal departments for mutual success.
