
Customer Experience Director

Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the dedicated customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain the integrity of daily data entry, ensuring accuracy for invoicing, reporting, and run sheet production, while meeting deadlines.
- Monitor calls to ensure prompt and appropriate corrective action from Customer Service Officers in response to customer queries and complaints.
- Implement systems to combat recurrence of issues and improve team performance.
- Assist the leadership team in providing a consistent approach to customer service and service delivery by ensuring systems are in place and agreed timeframes are being met.

- Experience in leading customer service/admin personnel in a contact centre environment.
- Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite of products.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
