Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to develop future process maps and training materials for a new payroll system implementation.

This project role requires strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the business to understand and document current payroll processes.
  2. Create and map new business processes related to payroll systems.
  3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the new payroll platform.
  4. Produce detailed training materials for both business processes and collaborate with the vendor.
  5. Deliver engaging training sessions on new payroll processes and system functionalities.
  6. Elicit, document, and refine business requirements.
  7. Provide clear and structured business process documentation using Visio or similar tools.
  8. Be adaptable and sensitive to change, guiding the business through this transition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll system implementation is essential.
  • Strong ability to map business processes and document requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
  • Natural trainer and confident presenter, able to educate users at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, building rapport quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, capturing and documenting unstructured business knowledge.
  • Adaptable, empathetic, and skilled at managing change in a business transformation setting.
