Payroll System Analyst

Our organization is seeking a skilled Payroll System Analyst to ensure the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our payroll systems.

  • Job Description:
  • We are looking for a talented individual who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the strategic oversight, hands-on configuration, and operational support of key payroll platforms.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure payroll systems are compliant, user-centric, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • This role will champion a high standard of customer service by delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic support to internal stakeholders, while driving innovation and best practices in payroll technology and governance.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience with payroll systems processes and transformation within a large-scale organization.
  • Experience in functional roles in Workforce Management and ERP system.
  • Solid understanding of industrial instruments, awards, and NES in relation to time & attendance and payroll platforms.
  • Degree in Commerce, HR, or related discipline (desired).
  • Six Sigma / Lean / Agile certification (desired).
