System Analyst Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a System Analyst in a payroll and HRIS-focused role. As a professional with experience in payroll BAU, you will have the chance to transition into a more analytical-driven systems-focused position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll transactions, providing backup support during pay runs
  • Maintain accurate data across HRIS systems, ensuring seamless interfaces and complete employee records
  • Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Analyze leave accrual reports, prepare adjustments, and compile people-related reports
  • Support the payroll team with month-end and year-end activities, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Assist with onboarding new starters, compliance checks, and system enhancement testing
Key Requirements:
  • Strong end-to-end payroll experience, with a thorough understanding of payroll awards and agreements
  • Able to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
  • Familiarity with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (desired)
  • Curious, logical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
