Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Floor Leader. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to empower colleagues to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, recognising and celebrating improvement in colleagues.
  • They will develop a clear talent plan for colleague succession requirements, ensuring all new colleagues receive a great welcome.
  • Act on colleague feedback to create a positive work environment with the support of leadership teams.
  • Drive service and standards on the sales floor through consistent leadership presence.
  • Execute processes and guidelines accurately, personally signing off on 100% execution of launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities for first-time right delivery.
  • Ensure safe and legal trading practices in store.
  • Drive high performance through consistent delivery of key inputs aligned with business goals.
