Job Description:

Purpose: Coach, develop, and work alongside colleagues so they feel empowered to be their best every day.

Accountabilities:

  1. Lead by coaching and developing people to be their best, recognising and celebrating improvement.
  2. Empower teams to be themselves and own their role in caring about customers, standards, and efficient operation.
  3. Develop a clear talent plan for colleagues and team support managers to fulfill succession requirements, ensuring all new colleagues receive the best welcome.
  4. Listen to and act on colleague feedback to make this a great place to work, with the support of BIG.
  5. Ensure the right leadership presence on the sales floor every hour of trade to drive service and standards.
  6. Work alongside the team to deliver accurate execution of processes and guidelines, personally signing off on 100% execution of all launches, events, and campaigns.
  7. Follow a clear framework to plan and execute all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities, ensuring accurate scheduling for first-time right delivery.
  8. Support the store to trade safely and legally.
  9. Drive high performance:
  10. Drive sales and contribution through consistent delivery of key inputs aligned with our goals.
  11. Win for customers through colleagues who care, quick payment experiences, and clean, safe, well-presented stores.
About The Applicant:

Salary is competitive with great benefits.

Further Information:

Full-time 39 hours including weekends. Hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
