Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experience through timely greetings and assistance
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by offering product solutions and support
  • Maintain a clean and well-organised store environment that meets high visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with stock management including transfers and ordering
  • Process payments efficiently using the POS system
  • Provide excellent communication skills for phone interactions

  • Excellent computer literacy skills are required
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
