Sales Leadership Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Sales Manager to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of media sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving and exceeding television and digital advertising sales targets. Based in Townsville and reporting to your line manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients and actively acquiring new business.
• Meeting monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly sales budgets across TV and digital platforms.
• Driving annual revenue growth for the Townsville market.
• Supporting a high-performance team culture aligned with our core values and a collaborative mindset.
• Representing us professionally in all internal and external communications.
• Delivering accurate and timely reporting, including weekly revenue tracking and quarterly forecasting.
• Taking ownership of sales results and contributing to the success of the Townsville office.

About You

You're a confident and experienced sales professional with a strong client-first approach and a passion for delivering results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for negotiation, and bring a strategic mindset to relationship building and revenue growth.

You'll bring

• Excellent communication skills - persuasive, clear, and professional both written and verbal.
• A proven track record of managing multiple clients and meeting sales targets.
• Proven experience in negotiating successful outcomes by understanding client needs and delivering creative, tailored solutions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Sales Force and industry software (desirable).
• Previous experience in a media sales management role (highly regarded).
• A strong team player who's also confident in stepping up and taking the lead when needed.
