Chief Financial Analyst

The Accounting Manager position oversees the analysis and recording of financial transactions, ensures accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks, and supervises a team of accounting professionals. This leadership role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and supervise accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a senior management role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to mentor and supervise staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
