We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our retail operations across multiple locations. As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving excellence and consistency across all stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, beautiful presentation, and operational efficiency.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor store managers to achieve high performance and team engagement
  • Elevate retail standards, customer experience, and brand presentation through coaching and training
  • Conduct regular store visits, providing guidance, support, and operational expertise
  • Develop and implement effective rostering, training, and development programs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and promote staff retention
  • Analyze sales performance and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth
  • Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and retail calendar events
  • Support the successful launch of new stores
