Multi-Site Leadership Opportunity

Accent Portfolio's premium retailer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi-Site Manager to lead the full spectrum of retail operations across multiple stores.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site retail leadership or retail operations management, with strong understanding of stock operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising principles.

A successful Multi-Site Manager will be a hands-on leader who can coach and develop high-performing teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results. They will also have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

As a key member of our team, the Multi-Site Manager will oversee and support store teams across two locations, focusing on operations, team leadership, and visual merchandising. Key responsibilities include:

Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire Store Managers and teams across our two locations.

Set clear expectations and lead by example to create a high-performance culture.

Manage employee relations, including performance, coaching, and succession planning.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure BOH operations, safety procedures, and shrinkage management are executed consistently.

Oversee payroll approval, roster management, and efficiency of task execution.

Analyse and report on store performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Implement and monitor stock integrity and loss prevention strategies.

Execute and maintain VM standards across all stores, aligning with brand vision and campaign launches.

Oversee floor moves, product launches, and weekly VM refreshes in collaboration with Store Managers and the VM team.

Ensure all stores deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
